A boy born on 27th February, a Sunday in 1994. It was still winter. He brought the Spring back into his families lives early that year. He was first given a nickname, Chunky, by his aunt Chutki. His father named him Soham Krishna on the day of his Annaprashan. He quickly grew close, and quite protective, to his cousins, a trait he carries to this day. He was the beloved of his grandparents and loved spending time with them, especially his shondada. No sooner was he a Kindergartener, he was also learning to draw and swim. 8 years felt like a blink as his mother and I set him off on his learning journey. Always quick to make friends, he had met twin boys at The Frank Anthony Public School. Taking a liking to basketball and rugby, he featured regularly in school games. Passing out from Delhi Public School, Newtown in 2012 he gained admission into the MVJ College of Engineering. It was the first time he was going to live away from home. I was born in the historic village of Lung Yeuk Tau. The vast mountain ridges resemble a majestic dragon leisurely strolling, quietly overlooking us, the young people who grew up here. From a young age, I was captivated by the unique buildings in the village. The Song Ling Tang Gong Hall stands solemnly, with various exquisite wood carvings and murals showcasing the long history and profound culture of the Tang family. The thick walls of the old village bear witness to our ancestors’ commitment to and protection of this tranquil home. The continuous incense in the temple evokes a strong sense of local customs. I was fortunate to grow up in buildings like the Shik Lu and Chong Him Hall, which blend traditional Chinese features with Western architectural elements. The winding stairs and airy terraces all highlight the unique charm of this cultural fusion. Even in today's age of towering buildings, Lung Yeuk Tau retains its rustic village charm. Villages like Wing Ning and New Walled Village still preserve their circular wall layouts, and one can occasionally catch a glimpse of ancient wells in the alleys, making it feel as if we've traveled back to ancient times. During major festivals, we ring the heavy bronze bell in front of the familiar Tin Hau Temple, hoping for the Goddess of Heaven's blessings. The historic sound of the bell seems to tell the stories of this land. Perhaps it is these historical buildings that nurture the cultural foundation of us, the children of Lung Yeuk Tau. We have personally experienced the unique humanistic atmosphere here since childhood; it has deeply imprinted itself in our hearts, becoming an indispensable part of us. Lung Yeuk Tau, nestled beneath these beautiful mountains, carries a long history and accumulates rich culture. We, the young people who grew up here, will continue to defend this peaceful homeland, ensuring its brilliance shines forever.

Mangoes gave him X-ray vision so keen, to see through the sugar that Dr. Cavity would scheme. Oranges, strawberries, and kiwi so bright, brought vitamin C to heal, with all their might. Berries, for speed to defeat Dr. Cavity's fuss, against sugar-filled cereals, and foods so unjust. But back in the real world, he heard a call, "The bus is here!" – it was time to enthrall. He grabbed an orange, berries in a dash, and off to the bus, he'd quickly flash. Energized and eager, for the day ahead, his lunch bag adventures, no one could dread. For Sere was a hero, fighting the good fight, making healthy choices, morning and night. The end of this tale, with lessons quite clear, choose healthy foods, have no fear. Be a superhero, just like Sere, and your body and mind will always be in the clear”
