Drippy felt the heat and began to rise into the air, turning into a tiny water vapor. Drippy was starting a big adventure! Drippy joined other tiny drops of water to form a cloud. The clouds were fluffy and soft, and Drippy was excited to be part of something so big. In the cloud, Drippy made new friends with other water drops. They danced around in the wind, having so much fun! But soon, Drippy noticed the cloud getting darker and heavier. It was starting to feel crowded with so many drops of water. One day, the cloud couldn’t hold all the water drops any longer. After the rain stopped, Drippy felt the ground begin to shake. The puddle it landed in started to flow toward a stream. Part 6: Into the Ocean! The stream grew bigger and bigger, merging with other rivers until it finally reached the vast ocean. Drippy was amazed by how big and blue the ocean looked. It spread out as far as the eye could see! Drippy had never imagined such a large body of water. Now, Drippy was a part of the ocean, and there was so much more to explore. One warm day, the sun’s heat started to warm up the ocean. Drippy felt light again and began to rise, just like before.

Long ago, the Tacana people lived peacefully in the Amazon rainforest, but food was becoming scarce. They relied heavily on hunting, and one of the most coveted animals was jochi pintao, a spotted peccary known for its speed and elusiveness. One day, the Tacana hunters set out to catch jochi pintao. They followed its tracks deep into the forest, but the animal was too clever and always managed to escape. The hunters grew tired and hungry, so they decided to rest under a tree. As they lay there, they heard birds singing above them. The birds, noticing the hunters' plight, decided to help. They flew down and spoke to the hunters, saying that they knew the secret of jochi pintao. The birds revealed that the peccary had been protecting something valuable—a hidden food source that could sustain the Tacana people for generations. Guided by the birds, the hunters followed jochi pintao once more, this time without trying to catch it. The peccary led them to a clearing where they discovered an unusual plant growing in the ground. This plant was yuca. The hunters dug up the roots, and the birds taught them how to prepare and cook the yuca, turning it into a nourishing meal. The Tacana believed that the yuca was a gift from the forest spirits, given to them by jochi pintao and the birds to ensure their survival. From then on, yuca became a staple food for the Tacana people, and they honored the animals and the forest that provided for them. This story underscores the Tacana's deep respect for nature and their belief in the interconnectedness of all living things. It also highlights the importance of yuca as a life-sustaining resource, symbolizing cooperation between humans and the natural world.

Once upon a time, there was a little squirrel named Sammy. Sammy lived in a big oak tree in the middle of a sunny park. One day, Sammy found a shiny acorn that he wanted to keep. Sammy dashed towards the burrow, hoping to keep his acorn safe. Will Sammy make it to the burrow before the rain falls?

Kitty Loves Balloons ________________________________________ Chapter 1: Once upon a time, a fluffy gray kitty named Whiskers lived in a cozy little house at the edge of a quiet town. She was a curious little kitten with bright eyes and a love for adventure. But there was one thing that Whiskers loved more than anything else in the world—balloons! It all started on a sunny afternoon when Whiskers played in the garden. As she chased a butterfly, something magical floated down from the sky. It was bright red, round, and shiny. Whiskers had never seen anything like it before! With a gentle thud, it landed on the grass right in front of her. Whiskers pawed at the mysterious object, and it bounced away with a funny squeak. Whiskers giggled with delight and ran after it. The balloon bobbed up and down, as if it was playing a game of tag. The more Whiskers chased it, the more she realized how much fun balloons could be. Her voice was so lovely that even the wind stopped to listen. Her tears fell onto the eagles' claws, and suddenly, the white eagles woke up and started shaking their big wings. They covered the mountain with their snowy feathers. Since that day, whenever it snows in the mountains of Merida, it's because the eagles shake their wings and cover the mountain with white feathers. Caribay learned an important lesson that day. She learned that sometimes, even when things seem impossible, a little bit of love and determination can make a big difference.
