They knew that love Jrsus showed others sought nothing in return; he gave his time and energy freely to anyone who asked for it and plenty that didn't; he even humbled himself to the point of washing his friends' feet 2. John Jr and Jade thought of ways to be more selfless. They were going to try to Donate, Volunteer, Serve others: Compliment instead of criticize:, Empathize with others, and Practice active listening:. 3. The Battle of Gettysburg was a three-day battle fought between Union and Confederate forces between July 1 and July 3, 1863, in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. The battle, which was won by the Union, is widely considered the Civil War's turning point, ending the Confederacy's aspirations to establish an independent nation. It was the Civil War's bloodiest battle, claiming over 50,000 combined casualties over three days. 4. Yuēhàn found some information of the final battle and shared it with John Jr. The Battle of Palmito Ranch took place on May 12–13, 1865, near the Rio Grande in Cameron County, Texas. The battle was fought between Confederate forces under Col. John S. “Rip” Ford and Union forces under Col. Theodore H. Barrett. The battle resulted in a Confederate victory. 5. John. Jr and Yuēhàn finished packing and loaded up the car. They had a wonderful time in Gettysburg and even saw a Civil War reenactment.

The clouds were fluffy and soft, and Drippy was excited to be part of something so big. In the cloud, Drippy made new friends with other water drops. They danced around in the wind, having so much fun! But soon, Drippy noticed the cloud getting darker and heavier. It was starting to feel crowded with so many drops of water. One day, the cloud couldn’t hold all the water drops any longer. After the rain stopped, Drippy felt the ground begin to shake. The puddle it landed in started to flow toward a stream. Part 6: Into the Ocean! The stream grew bigger and bigger, merging with other rivers until it finally reached the vast ocean. Drippy was amazed by how big and blue the ocean looked. It spread out as far as the eye could see! Drippy had never imagined such a large body of water. Now, Drippy was a part of the ocean, and there was so much more to explore. One warm day, the sun’s heat started to warm up the ocean. Drippy felt light again and began to rise, just like before.
