Aubree is a 4 year old girl from Oceanside, California. She lives with her mommy, daddy, and maltipoo dog named Paddington. Christmas is Aubree’s favorite time of year and she always eagerly awaits the return of her elves on “Sleigh Day,” her family’s special holiday each year on the day after Thanksgiving. Aubree’s elves are named Chippy, Snowflake, Kitty Minnie Sparkle Heart Minnie, and Stripey Blue Eyes. They return to Aubree’s house from the North Pole on the morning of Sleigh Day, arriving in a giant red and gold sleigh, pulled by a giant toy reindeer Sven (the reindeer from Frozen). Aubree’s elves always bring her some gifts on Sleigh Day, usually some Christmas books, cozy pajamas, and a few Christmas themed toys to play with throughout the season. Each night throughout the Christmas season, Aubree’s elves fly back to the North Pole, then return to her home by the morning, always hiding in a different spot. Aubree’s elves are very mischievous and she loves searching for them every morning. Each Sunday throughout the season, her elves leave her a special card or letter along with a fun gift or activity to do with her family, like tickets to see The Nutcracker or to go to Legoland. Aubree’s family loves these special days and calls them “Elf Sundays.” Aubree’s elves stay at her home longer than other children’s elves because they know she loves Christmas so much! They stay until she goes back to school, and then they fly back to the North Pole until they return on Sleigh Day the following year. When they leave, the elves always give her a special parting gift with a card, to make sure she always has special memories of that Christmas season.

Soon, her sadness started to lift like a gentle breeze.” “‘I feel happy!’ Elira exclaimed. ‘I can choose how I feel!’” “Sammy chirped happily. ‘That’s right! Your thoughts are the seeds, and your heart is the garden. Plant joy, and watch it grow!’” “From that night on, whenever Elira felt sad, she remembered to think of her blessings and let her heart bloom with joy.” “And every night, under the watchful moon, Elira learned to dance with her feelings, knowing she could always choose the ones that made her heart shine.”

One day there was this kid named Xayden. Xayden went to the park one day and wanted to shoot some basketball. There was one issue though, he wasn’t very good at basketball. In fact Xayden wasn’t good at all. Some other guys saw him missing and started laughing at him. They made fun of him and started calling him names. When they left, a kid named Blaise went over to Xayden and asked him if he wanted help to get better at basketball. Xayden was lit up with joy and immediately said yes! Xayden did some drills with Blaise and started making his shots. After working with Blaise almost every shot seemed to go Xaydens way. The next day, the same guys that were making fun of Xayden came back to the park. Xayden wanted to show them how good he was, so he asked them if they wanted to play a game. Xayden was obliterating them , doing behind the back, in between the legs, shooting threes, layups, and making all of them! Xayden and Blaise ended up winning and one of the guys even ran away. The other guy couldn’t except defeat and said “ Well…well… I’m still better than you!”. Xayden became a great basketball player.

The squirrel shows her the nutritious kernels hidden inside the hard shells. Elif Sare collects walnuts with the squirrel and learns how their oils provide energy and how they help trees grow. Elif Sare arrives at a mill surrounded by birds, where she meets a tiny sparrow. The sparrow explains how wheat is ground into soft flour by the millstones. The sparrow shows Elif Sare the process, describing how the flour is used to make bread and cakes. Leaving the mill, Elif Sare finds a farm where cows graze and chickens roam. The butterfly promises Elif Sare more surprises await. Elif Sare meets a friendly cow that explains how milk is collected and used to make yogurt, cheese, and butter. Elif Sare then meets the chickens and helps gather eggs while learning how they are essential for growing strong and healthy. With flour, milk, eggs, and walnuts in her basket, Elif Sare thanks the butterfly, who reminds her to always cherish and protect nature’s gifts. Returning home, Elif Sare uses her collected ingredients to bake a delicious cake with her mother. As her family gathers to enjoy the cake, Elif Sare feels grateful for everything she has learned on her magical journey. 🌸🍓🦋

There was heavy rain outside the window. A little girl named Lola looked out the window. It was dark outside and almost nothing was visible because of the rain. Suddenly she heard the door creak, her closet opened, and strange sounds began to come from it. The girl got scared and climbed onto the bed and hid under the blanket. Curiosity took over and the girl looked out, and she saw a kind monster who closed the window, which opened due to the strong wind, and waved his hand at her. Now Lola knew that she had her own kind monster in her closet.

Fran and Jim go to the beach. Fran’s parents and Jim’s parents are there. Fran, Jim and both of their parents are from the Turks and Caicos Islands. Fran takes off her slippers and feels the sand between her toes. Jim runs towards the sea; he couldn’t wait to get into the water. Before reaching the water, Jim pauses, looks around and shouts to Fran to go into the water with him. Fran starts to run towards Jim then stops before reaching the water. Jims asks “what’s wrong? Don’t you want to go swimming with me?”. Fran looked a little sad and said “I want to go swimming but I don’t know how. I am afraid.” Jim tells Fran, “don’t be afraid, I have something that can help you to learn how to swim. Come with me.” Jim then runs towards his parents and shouts to his mother, “mommy, can you please give me the arm floats?”. Jim’s mother took out the arm floats from her beach bag, and gave them to Jim. Jim gave one to Fran and said “here, blow that float up and I will blow this one up”. Fran and Jim each blew up one arm float. Then Jim said “Now slide these up your arms. I will help you. They will help you to float in the water.” After the floats were on her little upper arms, she held out her arms and started to walk towards the water with Jim. Jim went into the water up to his knees first. Jim then turned and reached out his hand to Fran and said “come in the water with me”. Fran held his hand and walked into the water with him. As Fran went further into the water, she then exclaimed to Jim “I can’t feel the bottom with my feet anymore!”. Jim then laughed and said, “that’s because you are floating”. Then Fran realized that the arm floats were helping her to float. She then laughed and shouted to her parents saying “Mommy, Daddy, I am floating!”. Her parents waved to her smiling and Jim’s parents were also smiling. Fran and Jim then had fun laughing and playing in the water together, while both of their parents looked on, smiling. Fran and Jim had the best beach day ever.
