Our Kindergarten class is learning how to deal with big emotions. When they are feeling overwhelmed by big emotions they should tell an adult they need a break, how we can help them or what is making them feel that way. We want to help them understand their feeling so that they will be able to learn to self-regulate. We encourage deep breathing, breaks, walks, alone time and telling adults how they feel.

It traveled through countless galaxies, encountering various stars, but it found none like itself. During its journey, Twinkle came across a bright blue planet. The children on the planet felt joy and comfort whenever they saw Twinkle shining in the night sky. Twinkle realized that even though it was different from the other stars, this was what made it unique. Its difference allowed it to bring special happiness to others. From then on, Twinkle stopped looking for stars similar to itself. It learned to appreciate its uniqueness and used its special light to illuminate the night sky, bringing hope and joy to the children on Earth.

Then he met Bruno the bear. “Use a tall ladder!”, Bruno said laughing. Tito built a ladder out of twigs, but it wasn’t enough. Sad, Tito lay down on the grass. Then he saw the reflection of the moon in a pond and understood: even if he couldn't touch the real moon, he could admire it every night and dream! From that day on, Tito understood that sometimes you don't need to reach the stars to be happy: you just need to look at them and never stop dreaming. 🌟 And they all lived happily ever after. 🐭🌕
