Jade told about about a time he blamed someone else for something he had done. Jade picked his neighbors flowers and blamed it on his friend Vixen to his neighbor. 4. John Jr told Jade about the two commandments that says not to steal or not to lie. John Jr decided they would practice being more trustworthy by being straightforward, and not lying, cheating, or stealing. Jade share Bible verse Proverbs 12:22 "The LORD detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy." Jesus taught people that the truth will set them free from slavery to sin, self-rule, and self-justification. John Jr and Jade decided that it was very important to be truthful with God. Jesus felt honesty was a gift and loved to be around plainspoken and honest people. John Jr and Jade want to follow Jesus because he is the truth and speaks of the truth and love.

Me and Dad found this on the beach. “It’s lucky.” Page 21-22 I put everything inside the box and close the lid. “Now I have a box of love.” Page 23-24 The next morning, I open the box. I take out Dad’s jersey and hold it tight. I feel connected to him. Page 25-26 Then I look at the rock and remember our trip to the beach. I smile. Mom hugs me. “Dad isn’t here, but love never leaves.” I close the box and hold it close. Dad will always be with me.

"Lolang the Carabao and the Magic Mango Tree" In a quiet village surrounded by emerald rice paddies and gentle hills, there lived a kind-hearted carabao named Lolang. Lolang was a strong and dependable carabao, always helping the villagers with their plowing and other tasks. Her gentle eyes and calm demeanor made her a favorite among the children, who loved to ride on her back. One sunny day, as Lolang was grazing near the edge of the village, she noticed a beautiful mango tree that she had never seen before. Its branches were laden with golden, ripe mangoes that glowed in the sunlight. Intrigued, Lola wandered closer to the tree and was surprised to hear a soft, melodious voice. "Hello, dear carabao," the voice said. "I am the spirit of the Magic Mango Tree. These mangoes have special powers, but only those with a pure heart can take them." Lolang's eyes widened in wonder. "Magic mangoes? What do they do?" The tree spirit replied, "Each mango grants a special wish. However, the wishes must be used to bring joy and harmony to others." Lolang thought about the villagers and their hardworking lives. She knew she could use the magic mangoes to help them. With the tree spirit's permission, she gently picked three mangoes and carried them back to the village.

One morning, Lily woke up and looked out the window. The sun was shining brightly. "It is sunny today!" she said, putting on her sunglasses. She ran outside to play. Suddenly, a big gust of wind blew past her. "Whooosh!" Her hat flew off! "Oh no! It is windy now!" Lily giggled, chasing her hat. Then, dark clouds covered the sky. Drip, drop! Raindrops started to fall. "It is rainy now!" Lily said, opening her umbrella. She splashed in the puddles. Splish, splash! Just as she was having fun, the rain stopped, and white snowflakes started to fall. "Wow! It is snowy now!" Lily cheered. She put on her scarf and made a little snowman. Today I'm going to the beach with my grandma, and I cannot wait! I know it's always an adventure when we spend the day together. After my mom and dad dropped me off at my grandma's this morning, we began to make a picnic lunch for our beach day. I love it when my grandma makes me lunches because she always fills the cooler with all my favorite foods. Today, she made my favorite pasta with olive oil and cheese, some bread rolls, and strawberries. She's also packed some chocolate cookies that I love and lemonade for drinks! Kala is a service dog who is 4 years old. Kala is a Belgian Malinois. Kala was born in Michigan in 2020. Kala was hand picked for Tim at 7.5 weeks old. Kala's grandfather was on the television show person of interest. Kala completed her basic and advanced obedience training from 6 months to 15 months old. Kala completed tasks specific training for her Army Veteran Tim who has PTSD. Kala completed her specific task training around 2 years old. Kala completed her specific task training through Custom Canines Service Dog Academy. Kala passed both the K9 good citizen and public access test. Kala wears a vest that is visible to people so they know she is a service dog. Kala lives in Wisconsin. Kala loves to play frisbee and swim during her downtime or taking a break. Kala loves children but when she is working she has a vest that says do not pet. Kala goes everywhere with Tim even to Disney World. Kala has traveled on planes many times. Kala sometimes has to wear shoes is the ground is to cold or to hot. The same for wearing a jacket if the weather is rainy or frigid. Kala helps Tim everyday with his PTSD with specific ticks Tim has. The Belgian malinois is one of the smartest breeds. Belgian Malinois want to work all the time. Belgian malinois are agile and fast. Belgian Malinois are fast learners and pick up on learning new tasks very quickly.
