Their guide, Professor Puffington, a whimsical creature made of clouds, takes them on a journey through the enchanted Forest of Breath. In this magical land, each tree represents a healthy lung, while the smoky swamps symbolize the harmful effects of smoking. The students witness the friendly Lung Fairies, who weave spells to keep the air clean.

Logan tends to fight too much at school. His parents sign him up for karate lessons. He learns how to fight but, more importantly, learns when to fight and when it is not right to do so. He now behaves much better at school.

One day, there were two siblings named Michii and Yuna. They had a plan to planting beans in their fields. “Please, sow some of these sprouts in the pots that are already in our fields!” Their mom told them to plant the green beans in pots in the field. The next day, they returned to the field to see the progress of the green beans they had planted yesterday. However, the mung bean plants planted by michii have not experienced the slightest growth, in contrast to Yuna's plants which have already sprouted two small leaves on their shoots. Yuna laughed at michii's plants that failed to grow. “Hahaha, your green beans don't have any progress to grow!” Yuna laughed when she seeing Michii’s plants because they don't have roots or leaves. Michii was saddened and disappointed to hear this, and even more so when he saw that his green bean plants were not growing at all. Michii replanted his green beans with new green beans, fertilized them, and watered them until the soil was moist enough. After a few days of this activity, Michii's green beans now grew with long roots, and quite a lot of leaves. His mother was proud when she heard his story when he returned from the field.

The bakery smelled like heaven, and Sam couldn't resist tasting a warm chocolate chip cookie.

Turbo would kick off with his little legs, and whoosh, he’d glide across the pavement, his shell gleaming in the sunlight. Max would chase after him on his scooter, laughing as Turbo always took the lead. One day, they decided to explore a new path in the park. It was lined with trees and had a mysterious tunnel at the end. Max and Turbo, being the adventurous duo they were, didn’t hesitate for a second. They sped down the path and zoomed into the tunnel. Inside the tunnel, they found themselves in a magical world where animals could talk, and the trees whispered secrets to each other. Turbo, excited to chat, made friends with a wise old owl named Oliver, who challenged him to a race around the enchanted lake. The race began, and all the animals gathered to watch. Max cheered loudly for Turbo. Around and around they went, Turbo on his skateboard and Oliver swooping through the air. It was a close race, but in the end, Turbo’s speed on wheels won the day! The animals celebrated Turbo and Max with a grand feast, where they shared stories and laughed until the stars came out. When it was time to go home, Oliver gave Max a special acorn as a souvenir, which he promised would bring them back to the magical world whenever they wished. Max and Turbo returned to their town, but they never forgot their adventure. From that day on, Turbo’s skateboard races became even faster, and Max’s smile even brighter, knowing they had a magical friend just a tunnel away. And every now and then, they’d sneak back to the park, hoping to find the tunnel and visit their enchanted friends once again.

Sam decided with a happy flip. Page 2: Sam called out to his friends—Daisy the Dolphin, Ollie the Octopus, and Tilly the Turtle. "Let’s start our day with some Ocean Yoga!" Sam said. "Yoga helps us feel strong, calm, and ready for fun!" Page 3: First, Sam showed them the Seahorse Stretch. "Stand tall like a seahorse, with your back straight and your head up high. Take a deep breath in... and then out!" Sam demonstrated, and his friends followed, feeling the gentle stretch. Page 4: Next, they all tried the Wave Flow. "Pretend you’re a wave," Sam said. "As you breathe in, raise your arms up like a wave rising high. As you breathe out, let your arms flow back down." Daisy, Ollie, and Tilly swayed like ocean waves, feeling peaceful and light. Page 5: Finally, Sam introduced his favorite, Starfish Breathing. "Let’s make a star shape with our bodies," Sam instructed. They spread their arms and legs wide. "Now, let’s trace our star," Sam said, "Breathe in as you trace up one arm, and breathe out as you go down the next." Page 6: As they traced their star shapes, breathing in and out, everyone felt calm and relaxed. "Yoga helps us feel like we’re floating on a gentle wave," Sam said with a smile. "It’s the best way to start our day!" Page 7: When they finished, they all lay down on the soft, sandy sea floor in the Resting Reef Pose. "This is how we end our yoga," Sam whispered. "Just close your eyes and listen to the ocean’s lullaby." Page 8: As the waves whispered around them, Sam and his friends felt happy and peaceful. "Yoga with friends is so much fun," they all agreed. "Let’s do it again tomorrow!" And with that, they drifted off into a restful, dreamy sea, ready for a day filled with ocean adventures.
