Most Jamaicans didnt think the storm was going to touch Jamaica. The rains started and the people especially those that did not prepare. The storm barely touched Jamaica. however the paishes and Manchester, St. Elizabeth and Clarendon were hit by the storm. alot of light posts went down. houses lost roofs. Together, they collected large, waterproof leaves and worked together. Building Shelters Under Pari’s guidance, every bird helped build cozy, dry spaces all around the forest by interweaving leaves with twigs. The Storm Hits When the fierce storm hit, all the small animals were safe and dry inside the shelters. Step 7: After the Storm The following day, the forest was calm.
