But there was something Sapling didn’t know—how to grow strong and healthy. One bright morning, the wise old Oak Tree shared a secret with Sapling. "You must always grow near good water, and follow the right path," Oak said. "Let me tell you a story." The Story of the Good Tree Oak began: "There are two kinds of trees in this forest. One tree, who grows by the dry, dusty path, never seems to bloom. The wind blows its leaves away, and its branches stay thin. It follows the wrong path, always listening to the wind that makes it sway in all directions." Sapling listened closely. "But," Oak continued, "there is another tree, who grows by the river. The river keeps it watered, and the sun shines on it all day. This tree has deep roots, strong branches, and it grows full of bright, healthy leaves." Sapling asked, "How does the river help it grow?" "The river," said Oak, "is like the Word of God. It gives the tree everything it needs to stay strong and bear fruit, even in difficult times. The tree by the river listens carefully and keeps its roots deep in the good soil." The Lesson Oak looked at Sapling and smiled. "If you follow the right path, listen to good advice, and stay close to the river of wisdom, you too will grow strong. But if you wander and follow the wrong ways, you might not grow as tall or strong as you want." Sapling thought for a moment and decided to listen to Oak. The little tree grew near the river and listened to the wise words of the forest. Over time, it grew strong, healthy, and full of leaves. Moral of the Story: Just like Sapling, if you follow good advice and stay close to what is right, you will grow strong and healthy. Avoid the bad paths and listen to wise words. Stay rooted in goodness, and you will always bear good fruit.

There was once a loving mule. This mule loved to dance around his mama and eat all the green grass it could see. no matter how tired it got it always knew that his mom loved him. The mule was going around and much bigger now. He loved to play and to spend time around his loving mother. However, it was getting colder and colder and the grass was no longer green and there was not a lot of food around. His mother gave him her share of the hay and the mule understood that he was truly loved and shared this with her to return that love. one day a bad man who was always angry came and took him away from his mother. This man would hardly let him eat and always worked him all day long with hardly giving him a break. The mule thought this man must not know what love is and was going to try to show this man what love is. For 3 days the mule would work and work and work. but it was never hard enough for the man wouldn't even feed him at the end of the day. The mule cried and was so very hungry and thought "how can I show this man what is love?" The man took the mule into town and piled a bunch of food in front of him to eat. there was another man there though. This man was holding a single piece of bread. At first the mule was confused with the choice. But something in that bread felt like his mothers love from a long long time ago. He was so shocked thinking how could this be? that he knelt in front of this bread he knew was the source of all love. Hoping this would show the mean man that love requires all of us to sacrifice sometimes. The man was so shocked that he knelt down in front of the bread too and he yelled with tears and joy that this must be God. For surely God must be love

The tree however warned her that if she didn't return in three days, she would have to stay there forever without her family and friends. Tae saw every fruit tree, food, fried chicken, and animal that she could think about. She thought she was in paradise and didn't want to go back home. She finally felt so happy and she didn't leave. When it was the second day, Tae started to feel lonely and sad. Tae missed her family dearly and started to reminisce on all the fun times she had with her family especially her favorite aunt, Auntie Maalia.

Chase the chameleon was a happy chameleon but he always knew he was different from his friends, he was green. Chase was unable to change to different colours just like his other friends could. On the way he passed his friends and they saw his changing color as he ran by. Chase called out “ grandfather, I changed colour”. Chase was so excited and his friends came to ask him to come and play.
